푸시 지원 버전에서는 마이 → 알림 설정 → 공지와 이벤트를 끄면 Google Firebase의 알림 등록 토큰과 설치 식별자 삭제를 요청합니다. 인터넷 연결이 필요하며 실패 시 알림 설정에서 다시 시도하세요. 사진·영상 저장 알림은 별도로 끌 수 있습니다.

계정 여부

이 앱은 회원가입, 로그인 또는 서버 계정을 제공하지 않습니다. 삭제할 온라인 계정이나 계정 데이터가 없습니다. 비밀 앨범에 쓰이는 기기 인증은 안드로이드의 장치 보안 기능이며 온라인 계정이 아닙니다.

이메일로 삭제 요청하기

위 방법으로 직접 삭제하기 어렵거나, 지원 문의 이메일을 보낸 적이 있어 그 문의 기록의 삭제를 원하시면 admin@studio-sj.co로 요청해 주세요. 보내신 이메일 주소와 삭제를 원하는 문의의 대략적인 날짜를 적어 주시면 됩니다. 확인 가능한 문의 기록은 요청일로부터 30일 이내에 처리합니다. 법령상 보관 의무가 있거나 보안·분쟁 대응에 필요한 최소 기록은 제외될 수 있습니다.

Delete announcement registration

In push-enabled versions, turn off My → Notifications → News and events to request deletion of the Google Firebase messaging token and installation ID. This needs an Internet connection; retry in notification settings if it fails. Save-complete notifications can be turned off separately.

Account status

This app provides no registration, sign-in or server account. There is no online account or account data to delete. The device authentication used by the private album is an Android security feature, not an online account.

Delete data on your device

Open the app and go to the “On-device data” screen.
Under “Candy tone memory”, tap [Clear memory] — learned editing preferences are deleted immediately.
Under “Recent edits”, tap [Clear work] — recent photo edit settings and saved-photo shortcuts are removed. Clear collage and video projects separately in their own screens.
Under “Private album”, tap [Open vault], unlock, then select items to delete.
To remove everything at once, use Android Settings > Apps > Candy Camera > Storage > Clear data, or uninstall the app.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot delete the data yourself, or you previously emailed support and want that correspondence deleted, write to admin@studio-sj.co. Include the sending address and the approximate date of the correspondence. Verifiable requests are handled within 30 days, except for minimum records that must be retained for legal, security or dispute purposes.

Editing recipes and editing-preference (Candy tone) records
Encrypted files kept in the private album

Retention

The data above is removed from the device the moment you delete it, with no additional retention period.
No copy exists on any operator server, so there is no server-side retention either.
Email correspondence is deleted within 30 days of a request, as described above.
Copies you saved to the gallery or shared to other apps remain there and must be deleted in that app or gallery. This app cannot manage or delete those copies remotely.
